 Taking the topic of adoption to hospitals, schools, churches, colleges, and community organizations, HFS Outreach Workers educate the public about adoption issues. Presentations cover the basics and sensitivity issues that can impact children and their birth and adoptive families. As a Continuing Education Provider licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing, HFS provides one hour of continuing education to medical staff at hospitals and clinics throughout Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
